How safe is the information I provide to your website?:
You can feel safe when you enter your personal & credit card information on our site. Our server are protected by Cisco PIX security appliances & CheckPoint end-point firewalls. We use 128-bit encryption Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your data. This level of encryption is virtually unbreakable. We do not provide your information to anyone else.

Looking for the "Lowest Price"?
Don't make a limo shopping mistake. The biggest mistake you could make when shopping for a limousine service is shopping on PRICE. Big mistake! In the limousine industry, there are many variances of quality & price. All too often, a cheaper price translates into larger risk for you. Most consumers would not choose a restaurant or hotel based on price, yet people shop for a limo service this way & expect 5-star quality.

If you shop for a limousine service based on price alone, you will likely be frustrated & disappointed with your limousine experience. Old vehicles, poor service, unprofessional chauffeurs with poor hygiene, dangerous vehicles, & under-insured services are all possible results of a "lowest price" limo shopping experience.

When Do My Rental Charges Begin?
If the pickup location is within the city of Louisville there are no travel time charges. If the pickup location is outside the city of Louisville travel time begins when the vehicle leaves our office & ends when the vehicle returns to our office. Please call for specific charges based on your pick up & drop off spots.

Are We Allowed to Drink Alcohol in the Limousine?
Yes, as long as everyone in the vehicle is at least 21 years old. We provide complimentary ice upon request. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages.

Is the Limousine bar stocked with beverages?
The bars to our stretched limousines are not stocked with beverages. We provide ice upon request. For additional price we would accommodate certain request.

What Is the Minimum Amount of Time I Can Rent?
Most of the time there is at least a 4-hour minimum. During peak usage periods the minimums may rise. Call our office & we will be glad to check your date & availability.

When does the hourly rate or time start?
Our hourly rates begin when the car arrives at your doorstep*. It ends at your final destination. Plan accordingly to ensure that you don’t extend over your time & incur additional charges for overage. *Unless you are outside the Louisville Metro Area, travel charges may apply.

When does overtime start?
A 15 minute grace period is always allowed for loading & gathering a group. Otherwise, the overage charge would be charged in hour increments. Overtime may be charged at the full regular rate or higher if the vehicle is booked for a run after yours. Overtime may or may not be available. Please be sure to reserve the vehicle for an adequate amount of time when you book your reservation.

What if we want to extend the length of our charter?
As long as the vehicle isn't scheduled, we will gladly extend the length of your event. The best rule is to schedule your event for as long as you need the vehicle. There are no refunds for unused time!

How Many People Can Fit in a Limousine?
Limousines, like all vehicles, are rated for maximum capacity. Generally limousines will comfortably hold 2 less passengers than the number of passengers attributed to the capacity of the vehicle. For example, a 14-passenger limousine will hold 12 adults comfortably, 10-passenger limousine will hold 8 adults comfortably, an 8-passenger limousine will hold 6 adults comfortably, & a 6-passenger limousine will hold 4 adults comfortably. This also depends on the size of the passengers.

What is Your Deposit Policy?
There is at least a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm all limousine reservations. Cancellation policy will be explained in detail at the time of reservation. Special events are subject to full payment at the time of your reservation.

When is my credit card charged?
Credit cards are charged 50% at the time of booking for the basic fare & gratuity. Billing on your account’s credit card will be finalized at completion of the service.

What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be done by phone or by email, & must be received at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time for domestic, & 72 hours for International. Cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled client pick-up is permitted with no cost incurred. Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to pick-up will incur a 50% charge of the fare, & less than 4 hours will be charged full fare. Can I pay for the reservation with check or cash instead of using credit card?
Our Chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash. All charges for the services rendered are billed to your credit card in advance. Credit cards are charged at the time you place your reservation for pick up for the basic fare & gratuity, & finalized at conclusion of the job. You may make arrangements to visit our office to pay with cash or a check, however a credit card is required to reserve the limousine in the event damages need to be applied to the card.

May I tip the driver?
A 20% gratuity is included at the time you book your reservation. If you feel that your driver went above & beyond your expectations, additional gratuity is always appreciated by your driver.

Are there any additional fees?
A 5% service fee & gratuity to the chauffeur/driver in the amount of 20% will be added to all credit card transactions. Parking fees at games, concerts & other events that are necessary will also be added.

What is the Customer Login box for?
For customers who want to manage their account from anywhere at anytime. You can view up to the minute status of your reservations & add multiple passengers to your account. You can even store locations, credit cards & much more.

May we smoke in the vehicle?
All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
